"Instead of going through the motions and working out just because you’re “supposed to” exercise, challenge yourself more everyday. And when you accomplish something new, when you lift a heavier weight or run a further distance, be amazed at yourself. Think about all of the obstacles that your body and mind overcame to get you there and truly relish what you were able to accomplish. We might brush exercise off as no big deal, especially when our workout routines become part of the everyday norm. But really, when you think about it, lifting weights for a half hour at the gym, running a few miles in the park, or spending an hour on your yoga mat are all huge accomplishments no matter what your level of fitness."
